Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Refliqai, you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys and credentials secure.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Refliqai provides affiliate and referral tracking, commission and payout management, fraud detection, and related tooling.

You are responsible for the commission terms you offer your partners and for paying out commissions that are due.

Subscription fees are billed in advance through our payment provider. The 7-day trial requires no card; fees apply once the trial ends and you continue.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Do not use Refliqai for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to commit fraud, or to infringe others' rights.

Do not attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Refliqai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
